When you apply for a role through this site, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and introduction, and the PDF CV you upload. These details are used to assess your application and are accessible to authorised administrators in a private recruitment workspace. CVs are not added to the public media library. Please do not include government IDs, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Recruitment records can be deleted by authorised administrators in accordance with the approved retention policy. Demonstration roles do not accept applications.

SM Hotels and Conventions collects personal information when you choose to provide it, such as when you contact us or subscribe for updates. We use it for the stated purpose, operate this website and respond to your request.

When you contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, contact information, organisation and message. Newsletter sign-up records your email and consent status. With your permission, we also collect limited browser, device and site-usage information through analytics cookies.

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, improve the website, protect our services and meet applicable obligations. You can decline to provide personal information, although some website activities may then be unavailable.

You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
