The SMHCC Ledger

A capability paper for people who book rooms by the thousand

Plan an event · the brief

Tell us the numbers. We’ll tell you which rooms in the country can take them.

There are perhaps a dozen rooms in the Philippines that can seat four thousand people and load a truck at the same time. SM Hotels and Conventions operates most of them — alongside the hotels that house the delegates and the teams that turn the rooms over between sessions.

This page is the working version of that estate: capacities as published, lifecycle states as they stand, and a single enquiry that reaches a named venue manager rather than a shared inbox.

Nothing here is a rate card. Rates move with season, scope and how much of the group you use. The numbers below are the ones that do not move.

Seven focused questions. No login, no rate wall.

How a brief becomes a hold

I

Seven questions

Scale, city, month, and what else you need. Two minutes, no login, no rate wall.

II

Named owner

Routed to the venue’s own manager with a reference you can quote. Not a queue.

III

Provisional hold

One business day for availability and an indicative hold on your dates.

IV

Site visit

Walk the floor, meet the technical crew, block the rooms on the same thread.

Enquiries · all venues

Put your numbers in front of the people who own the rooms.

The enquiry carries the scale, city, dates, operating needs and contact into the same brief, then gives you a reference to quote.
